Krush Burger - Last Exit Al Khawaneej — Restaurant in Dubai

The waitress was so confusing, firstly the burger, we ordered 2 orders of Philly Krush burger, (the order itself is sliders) 1 order = 2 burgers And and my friend ordered 2 orders = 4 burgers, in total we paid 147 Dirhams. My friend ordered the burger plain with nothing but meat and bread and i ordered full with added jalapeños, which means 4 sliders 2 of them plain and other two with everything, you would assume 147 Dirhams is expensive for two orders but that was OK, later the long wait we only received 1 order, 2 small sliders only, (1 with jalapeños and 1 plain only) i was confused about this order, so i called back the waitress thinking thinking that maybe they forgot to add the other two burgers.

I called back the same waitress asking about this order (firstly she didnt even take us seriously, and that she was pushy to get going with what we have, secondly when i asked about the real price of the burger she said for two sliders its 40 aed, so what she was counting. She periodically mentioned that the burger is tripple and even showed us the picture which was wrong to charge us for extra two patties per burger, thirdly after discussing this i was refusing to take the burger but later was ok with it as she was pushy with the lane behind, when i asked for another two sliders as the confusion was on her end not ours, she said she will not do anything to make it right and we paid another 40 dirhams additional to 147 which is 187 by now, Believe me or not. The minute they brought the burgers again. It was not plain. There was cheese and my friend specifically asked not to add anything, again we returned the burgers, and again after long waot she brought us the burgers without hesitation thrown it on us and left with no sorry or nothing. 187 DIRHAMS WOULD BOUGHT ME MY FRIEND MY FAMILY A BUCKET OF KFC AND FED US ALL UP. All time 'go-ot' burger joint. I have fallen in love with KRUSH burger since the first day they have opened in Murooj Rotana next to Zabeel. The burger taste NEVER changes, tastes ALWAYS perfect, with the BEST flavors.

I have tried every single burger, and every fries type (+tater tots), and their new bites. However, my main order would be the buffalo burger and maple sriracha burger along with their original fries. YUM YUM YUM!

My only concern would be to consider lowering the price as the meals used to be 48aed and now selling it for 65aed with no drink. If things are getting expensive? Krush should consider cancelling out unnecessary branches and having main branches in specific locations instead of branching out to every neighborhood....
