Iāve been wanting to write this review for about a week, and now I finally remembered and got my chance. My experience was that me and 3 of my family members were waiting in a line for the cash register, we were chatting and we were just curious about an item so we just took it, looked at it, and placed it back. For some reason, our chatting and checking that item, triggered and made the cashier mad. She told us to be quiet and to stop holding that object. We put back the object but we didnāt stop chatting because we knew we werenāt doing anything wrong or against the store policy. When it was our turn to pay for our items, she told us to leave and use another cash register. We left and thought she meant to tell us to use the self checkout because we didnāt have so many items, but we eventually realized based on the cashierās eye contact and facial expressions, that she just didnāt want to assist us because of what we did. So we waited back in that line and when our turn came we asked her why she didnāt want to assist us. She rudely argued with us back and forth about how we were making her work shifts more tiring than they already were and how we were ātoo loudā, when we didnāt even do anything wrong or against the store policy, and all that arguing slowed down the waiting line for other customers. Not to mention that she even ASSUMED ME AND MY FAMILYāS NATIONALITY. She eventually got tired of arguing and we payed for our items and left. Now, I wonāt judge the entire store based off of the stupidity of one employee. However, this particular experience was one of the worst ones I had and I would give it zero stars if I could. I feel genuinely sorry for the owner that he/she had some unsatisfied customers. My advice to the owner is that if I were the owner, I would be more careful with who Iām hiring because that employee had no right to treat us the way she did and ASSUME OUR NATIONALITY. Shame on her and her bad experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the worst experience ever with carrefour I purchased a fridge and a washing machine of the brand terim who was advised by there employee who we find out they get commission to sell you what ever brand they are working for so donāt trust their employees they will recommend you what is beneficial for Their commission. since the 21 of July from the first day I received the item with a delay of one day for delivery the fridge was not working properly the fridge is not cooling and the freezer door can not be closed because of the ice making device also the washing machine system was not functioning properly I went to carrefour shop in the mall I informed them the same day I received the items they send me a technician to verify who wrote what i mentioned on his report and said that I have to call carrefour to collect the items after he left with the report signed by me they told me to contact the supplier my self (better life) company who refuse to collect the item and refuse to share with me the document I signed even I called the technician in front of the carrefour customer service who mentioned the issue and said that the final decision of the report is not by him better who decides if they give approval. Whatās is the point of sending the technician ? they pretend that they will solve the problem and they got his number from me the next day they told me the technician said that I told him what to say in front of them as if the technician works for me.anyway I advise any one to buy from other shops cause there is no customer service and there is no respect to their policy of return i reported this to customer right yesterday they said they will return only the fridge as if they are doing me a favor 𤨠they deserve the rate of 0 stars for their quality of items with 0 for their customer service I will never buy electronics from...

The last time i had a bad experience with their employee at produced section due to rude attitude⦠i keep ignoring the way their people treated me every time i went to that section even i felt their people disrespected me but we have limitation too. I took the attention of the person who claim hey gonna do with my complain. The person assigned their promised me that she will update me⦠but again nothing happen coz i never received any update from them.
And now again it happen⦠iām very clear with my instruction from fish and grill section employee. I told them that i wanted to make it grill and just put salt on it for taste.
My friend and i was so hungry coz right after my duty we went to carrefour direct to buy the items we decided to eat once we reach homeā¦. Thatās why we come up to buy fish and grill it while were buying thingsā¦
So disappointing when i saw the fish was fried and not grill š”š”š”š” tried to calm and accept the situation but worst when we started to eat it⦠the fish was so salty and we canāt even eat it⦠but weāre so hungry and still tried to eat it and not to be affected on what happen.
For carrefour top management, weāre not just ur customer, weāre ur regular customer. Give importance to ur customer whatever their status in life, whatever nationality is he/she. Teach ur people to value every customer who comes to ur branch and donāt tolerate your people in choosing who their gonna treated with respect and not.
We just wasted The food coz of that. If you canāt treat all your customer in right manner. Then one da you will loose this business...
