EDIT: This used to be my favourite Chinese in Aberdeen but since it has reopened, the food has been disgusting and nothing like what it was before. It must be new owners or something and I am incredibly disappointed because I have not been able to find a Chinese in par with the original Yummy House. Yesterday I visited New Garden Restaurant for Lunch. I had read some mixed reviews but was absolutely blown away by the authentic delicious chinese cuisine. Now under new management the family run business has added secret ingredients into their dishes that set your tastebuds alive . I loved every dish from the tender cooked highly flavoured beef saturated with juicy vegetables, the pork ribs and fried chicken, the irresistible fried king prawns wow!!I I need the recipe absolutely delectable!!! Don't understand how people can leave positive reviews about this place!!! You probably haven't tried nice Chinese food. Food arrived late. Tasted awful 😖 sweet and soured chicken massive pieces burned fatty and tube with souce. Tom yam nothing like, all you can taste is chilli, no other spices and consistenc disgusting. Prawn butterflies are not crusty and tasted really weird 😐 Think twice before ordering from here 🤔
