KFC Aberdeen - Great North Road — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Out of everything we ordered the BBQ chicken burger was tasty and the poppers but the rest was not nice. One thing which we completely disliked was the sweet chilling chicken dippers and BBQ chicken dippers, the sauces were extremely over powering and the chicken was bland. I suppose it isn’t fault of this specific KFC as all KFC get the same product so I would say it’s the fault of the company itself and not this specific location. Additionally, I thought it was a bit silly to pay 10p for a paper bag which doesn’t even have handles for a take away meal. I wonder what would happen if I didn’t pay for it, would I have to carry everything in my own hands. The watermelon and lime drink, nothing too special. Not had a complaint with anything I've bought before. Place has been refurbished, always parking available, you pretty much get what you see on tin-so to speak. Never had anything above normal service before. Quiet atmosphere. Toilets locked but open quick if ask. Can be busy as peak times but line does go down quickly. My girlfriend can't stomach spicy food &1 order she likes comes with spicy wings, wont swap(others will). Sorry they will swap a drink in meal for another chips so makes you wonder why first thing a problem. Possible improvements; free wifi, having staff member go out after peak times to carpark, bench at gate-for litter, not your fault of litter but most likely your product. door-smokers etc. Dont be afraid to go extra step, swap item or kids days that gives them free extra juice or ice cream even if is every monday to fill...

Customer service is absolutely shocking I placed an order at 7pm had no update on the app (the app said the whole time “driver heading to restaurant”) cutting it close to 9pm at this point I phoned the restaurant again for the second time after being told my order was on way the first time I phoned (it wasn’t) I was told another would get sent out I asked the driver to phone me when outside n was told it’s upto the driver if they want to do that the boy was no Help whatsoever at this point it’s been 2 hours since placing my order and I’m being told I just have to wait for the app to eventually automatically say delivered before asking for a refund so that’s £40 down the drain wouldn’t recommend delivery as the folk who answer the phone barely even speak a word of English and are so abrupt...
