Newroz Kebab Shop — Local services in Aberdeen City

We have been going to Newroz since it opened. When we go up to the shop and place an order it usually takes 10-15mins and the food is good but when we ordered through just eat for delivery that was just a joke. Phoned Newroz after an hour and complained, they said they were extremely busy. Waited again another 40mins went & still no sign. Phoned again and told exactly same thing that they were extremely busy. In the end after another phone call we went up and picked it up. I am absolutely disgusted, distraught, upset but most importantly angry and starving. I cannot believe the disgusting behaviour of this establishment. My food was 40 minutes late, cold and had a long blonde hair in it. I live 10 minutes away with walking. How is this possible. Shameful behaviour of this place I will NOT...

Ordered food kept getting a message were running late ..we're running late over and over was just eat but it the boy from the shop that delivers 2 1/2 hrs waiting for our food and we still had to pay £2.50 delivery....food was good but spoiled by the wait ...there's more than one driver...
