I had my seven years old birthday party here recently, I booked the party over the phone and not once did they explain that I wouldn’t have a table as soon as I arrive for the party but that I would have to wait until food slot time.

I had lots of present from kids, a cake, shoes, and other party bits that I had nowhere to store. When I moaned they said I could put this behind the reception part. This took me a good 20minutes before someone attended to this.

When we first arrived it was chaos no organisation from staff, I didn’t know what kids had turn up or hadn’t as a result of no place to physically stand, the doorway was where we had to stand due to the place being rammed.

The place seemed under staffed. Not everyone of my children for the party got a band even though I’d paid for them, again due to lack of attentive staff and not realising who was checked in or not, and then when on the park area they were being asked by other staff members why they were not wearing one.

I spent half of the time the children had on the park trying to organise a safe place to keep my stuff.

When we eventually got a party table we was then only told then we had 45 minutes on this table and got kicked off after this. They started to clean up even before the 45 minutes was up and threw some of the drinks that parents had paid for away.

They explained that the rules with regards the table and food was in an email received which was not clear, maybe this should be explained by staff over the phone when parents book, every other place I have had a party at has reserved tables from the start. No one actually told me when my party table was ready either nor did they help transfer any of the items I had stored behind on their reception area.

The manager was not sympathetic at all.

With parties it’s said unlimited squash for all guests throughout the party, children did not get a drink until I asked half way through the food. I was not given any drinks even though kids were thirsty and the party had started an hour before, maybe they need to make this clearer or again have more staff on to accommodate this unlimited squash. Not sure where I’d be able to put this as again it was rammed and no table was reserved for parties.

It also appeared reception and catering staff could not communicate.

Overall this was not a stress free party, it was rammed, chaotic and I was not the only family complaining that day.

Booked here for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. Have been a few times before for pre school sessions mostly with my youngest and a few main sessions the birthday girl in the past. Party All booked and paid for online which was so easy. It was on a Saturday just gone, early afternoon and it was very busy but the staff handled everything like pros and were all very helpful and kind. Kept checking if everything was ok when at party table. The party tables were on constant rotation but I was made to feel like my daughters party was just as important as all the others (which sounds small but means a lot and huge respect to the staff for maintaining this all day from what I could see) . There was a side room as such where the party’s guests go to sign up, get socks and you can keep your bits u til table ready. (Which I thought was a great idea after seeing the carnage at reception at another trampoline park recently) Food was great, plenty of it and the sweet/popcorn platter went down very well. We chose to pay for party bags and very pleased with them. Price all in all was on par with other places/parties. Cannot recommend this place and the wonderful staff highly enough for a birthday party. Side note- I have to say the safety video is a lot for my daughter (and a few of her friends) and actually scares them to tears. Completely understand a safety video is needed but would be great if it could be...

Kitchen staff are terrible. Customer Service is 0. The attitude of staff is appalling they should not be in a customer service setting. Rude and borderline abusive. Tables were wiped with dirty cloths, we had to sweep up ourselves and they ripped the children's plates from under them and said "you're out of time" even though I paid for a party with one hour jumping and one hour eating. They threw the remainder of my child's birthday cake in a takeaway container.

One week previous to this my child attended another party and I lost her for an amount of time. I notified all staff on the jump zone and showed them a photo of my child. I notified the staff on the counter too. I searched high and low for my child. I then found her stood in front of the counter crying and shouting mummy at the top of her voice but not one member of staff or parent took any notice of her or asked if she was OK. She is turning 6 tomorrow. I asked the staff why they didn't take notice of my child and they just shrugged and turned away from me.

The security is zero. Anyone could walk off with a child or any child could walk out of the building which is immediately into a busy carpark which then leads straight to a busy road with no fencing inbetween. None of them take note.

I wouldn't normally have written such a bad review but the attitude of the staff on both occasions has left me quite angry and frustrated. They have a duty of care to both children and adults, as representatives of this establishment, they most certainly let...
