Took my 2 year old son in for the morning breakfast club. I arrived at just after 10 and was informed there was 65 P1 children coming. My son was already excited to be there so I decided to stay. He was pushed, shoved, forced off things he was playing on and at one point was kicked in the kicked (by accident) by one of the school children. The teachers just sat drinking tea,chatting and didn't supervise the children in their care. My son was scared and I had to leave with him long before we intended to. I messaged the company before 11am on facebook. They finally looked at the message just before 7pm and then completely ignored it. They don't care about the kids or the concern of parents.    Read moreTook my boys here place was dirty, tables not been cleared or cleaned kids literally running wild some even using equipment to throw against overhanging lights while other kids playing under the lights scared the light was going to fall on them, whilst the parents of the culprits just sat drinking eating and laughing! Had to go and get staff as they were all behind the counter talking and serving! Didn’t stay long as didn’t feel safe! Cleanliness was really to be desired and after a pandemic would have thought this would have been on top of their list of priorities!!!! Will NEVER go...
   Read moreGreat facility for parties or just to let the kids play and have fun, especially on a rainy day. My 7 year twins love to come here and they can do so in a safe and secure environment.
The food is of a good standard and there are free orange squash refills for the children as well. The prices for hot food and beverages are what you would expect for a facility of this type.
