Ritual retreat — Local services in Birmingham

After hearing about Ritual Retreat and getting the feeling that it was a friendly, kind and safe environment, I decided to book a visit and see for myself. I was not disappointed. On arrival i was able to park my car right outside which was obviously a bonus. The large and bright fronted building was very modern. I was met by Tracey, Emma and Krishna, who welcomed me and put me at my ease. I was offered a hot drink and was also brought a bottle of water and a glass, which I thought was a nice touch and again made me feel the warmth of the place. Talking of warmth the sun was coming through nicely and I was very comfortable even cozy I’d say. I had a consultation with Tracey who understood exactly what I needed, colouring and cutting my hair to create movement and texture. I have never been more pleased with my hair as I am today. I also had a pedicure with Gel nails by Krish, I felt so relaxed and now my feet are so soft and rejuvenated. (Ready for my sandals if this sunny weather continues.) I watched people pop in and out, each one was welcomed warmly and left with a smile. It was a pleasure to encounter such warmth and human kindness. And I will certainly make the trip again. The wait for Ritual Retreat to open has been worth it! The salon has been transformed to the perfect environment for all the treatments which are available. As soon as you walk through the door you get a feeling of just how much the salon means to those who work within it. Hairdressers Emma and Tracey have created the perfect oasis of calm as well as serenity in the heart of South Birmingham. Fantastic place the girls are all so friendly . Such a relaxing atmosphere. Krishna is a fantastic masseuse I have been to so many in the past but she is the best. I suffer really badly with migraines and after a head massage with her it really helps. I also have many treatments with and everyone is fab . Can’t fault this wonderful lady.
