Used many of times. I'm the sort that gets a good 1 I'll stick with. I'll also give chance after chance. Despite using 4 or more times a week they just keep getting worse. Chips dunked a hundred times, orders wrong despite always tipping the driver. Popodoms when wrong are like eating plastic, they can't get my order right. Shami kebabs like rubber, onion bhaji greasy. Don't get me wrong when they do get it right perfect and I'd order every time. However they get it wrong 2 many times. The 1 star is for when they get it right. I think they only order fresh and cook fresh once a week. Got a chicken curry was like it had been cooked several times it was dry and shredded not chunks of chicken. Meat curries are beautiful when they get it right (may be on the 1 day they order fresh) other wise tastes old and like chewing an old slipper. Coming from some one who spends £50 plus a week u have had 2 many chances even after saying please get my order right and u get it so wrong. Your menu is in the bin. But I doubt u care too much for your regulars seen as u can't remember who orders what from where asking for post code every time. I'll give credit to 1 person there only and he takes orders, cooks and delivers. Don't see him often but when he takes the orders things are done right. Shame I don't know his name but he's the only one who knows anything about loyalty, customer service and good food. Oh and the owner will only reply to good comments shows what their customer...

Shockingly bad service, the only decent thing was delivery was early. But the food itself was abysmal; biryani is the worst we've ever tasted, tasted like it had been reheated, dry and flavourless, smelt like grease and loaded with food colour. The mixed grill was mediocre but edible, unlike the chicken and mixed biryanis which both went in the bin. Customer service gets a huge zero, called up to request plastic spoons as we're staying at a hotel, guy was aggressive from the moment he answered and kept talking over me, seemed quite frustrated. Not sure why, but I hope you find a way out from whatever is stressing you...

I have been absolutely bombarded by spam texts by this company who have the cheek to then demand a charge to stop the texts. I have spoken to the website that you are directed to to get my number removed. They have now attempted this but I am still getting texts. I have now received over 15. When I rang to discuss this further with the takeaway directly, they hung up on me, twice and said that it's not their job to listen to me complain.

I am absolutely disgusted.
