Visited jumperooz this morning for the first time and unfortunately it will be the last time. After purchasing a voucher offer we called as per the conditions and were told to turn up on the day no booking needed. Tried checking the website for opening hours and session times/length to which you can find the incorrect times and no details of session length (or the fact they start on the hour every hour.)
Upon arrival the carpark is tiny for the size of the venue and we struggled to park and be able to get our twins carseats out. When we got in members of staff were confused as to why we hadn't previously booked a session and actively tried to discourage us from paying for an extra hour per child (2 hours is usually the length at sessions we have attended at other places) We the learned that the cafe was based upstairs and that the pram wouldn't be able to fit so we had to dismantle our twins pushchair and carry them up. This is fine but the concern is that you are unable to see your child exit the arena and come up the stairs. They have to go past a door which is open directly onto a carparkand is not locked for staff to buzz you in, a bit of a safety concern. The twins also needed changing during the 2 hours we were there and although there is male and female toilets based in the cafe there are no baby change facilities and therefore I would have to either take both twins Downstairs in carseats or change them on the floor. Luckily my partner was with me so I could take one whilst he had the other. Although he children had a lovely time, we won't be back, it's limited parking, safety concern with the door, it is certainly not pram or wheelchair friendly and unfortunately the staff couldn't make heads nor tails or...
Read moreMy daughter BROKE her arm and needed an OPERATION. I wish I can give this place a zero review. I visited on Wednesday 02 August unfortunately due a fall my daughter ended up breaking her arm result in urgent operation. However, my issue is the staff member who apparently was a manger. He checked my daughters arm and informed me that it was broken and I should take her to A&E. After saying this he started filling out a form and took all the relevant information about the incident which took approximately 15-20mins. At this moment I was under the impression that he’s filling this form in so he can give the form to me and I can take it to A&E. however, after filling the form I asked him to give me that form to which he replied it’s for their record. I don’t think it was fair when my 4 year old daughter was screaming in pain and he was too busy filling out the form. Ideally, He should have called the ambulance on the spot and if he really needed the relevant information to complete the form then he should asked a family member to stay back so they could have given him the information as there was 15 of us and 6 adults were present at the time of incident so he could have got all the information he required. It was absolutely inhuman how he continued to fill out the form while my 4 year old was screaming in pain. He prioritised a form over a child’s life which is disgusting. I would suggest all parents to...
