Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

I thought I would give this place the benefit of doubt as I go past it regularly and go into the drive through for a quick 'refuel' . Used the drive thru 3 times now. 1st occasion good - warm Sausage roll and hot coffee. 2nd time round service was poor - had to wait ages in the drive thru to get served and when we did get served it was a stone cold sausage roll and the staff just seemed uninterested.

3rd occasion was the last straw - waited in line for what seemed like an eternity. Again got a stone cold bacon sandwich and luke warm coffee - flat white served in a regular cup that went instantly cold. The drive thru itself seems like its never had a clean. wrappers everywhere. Staff were just not bothered.

If you want a hot snack - don't bother. I'll be going across to Java Joes just across the road! Sorry Greggs you...

Was charged over £8 to sit inside for 2 sausage rolls, caramel custard doughnut and a large tea. Whilst I was sat down eating my sausage rolls I heard the woman who served me kept shouting your sandwich. I originally thought she was speaking to someone else until I realised it was me. I told her I never ordered a sandwich but she persisted I did order one. She took the sandwich away seen as I said I didn't order it and refused to refund me for the sandwich which she accidentally charged me for. The worse Greggs I've ever been to. The young Asian man was run off his feet . The manager was walking around training I asked him why they never answered the phone he said they were busy training staff and then having his dinner, I called because I had lost my house keys and had to walk a mile back to see if the keys were there, no empathy no customer skills what so ever, I will never return to that branch again.
