Most staff are friendly enough and have used the store for the past 10 yrs. However a recent visit to the store i was astounded by how i was treated by members of your team. i was buying alcohol when i was accused of being drunk i tried to explain there had been some mistake but members of your team had other ideas. I asked for a manager then even though it was quite evident that i had not been drinking the manager decided that she would instead of calling the other out when it was clear she was lying the manager decided to back her and when i had been guilty of no bad, rude or drunk behaviour i a'm shocked. i have come to the conclusion that for some reason you have a grievance but it would of been so much more respectful if we could of kept to the facts. clearly i do not feel welcome in this store. i just found this treatment beyond my comprehension and unwarranted. hopefully asda or somewhere will treat me better. i can hold my head up high as i know it was not me it was you. quick update one month later after you gaslighting me i have only saved money at other stores, so thank you i have seen the silver lining...

I only went in to buy some king size rizla because I wanted to blaze up, so only used the kiosk facility at the entrance of the store, so can't honestly comment on the quality of the baked goods or the cleanliness of the store, but I didn't smell anything burning or see anyone pissing on the floor, so I guess it's all good...
Read moreWhy has morrisons separated customers into groups, those with trolleys and those with baskets - discovered this today. Not sign posted outside. Not being aware of this change I chose to use a basket despite it being a struggle for me as I thought I could use the fast lane self service tills. They've separated that too - baskets, shallow trolleys and deep trolleys. The baskets queue was very long whilst the shallow trolleys queue only had one person waiting. A couple of customers with baskets tried to join the shallow trolleys queue and were shooed away. Is this something that has been rolled out across all morrisons stores or is it just the work of the Hartcliffe manager? A bad situation has been made...
