Love the staff in this Gregs. Gregs is gregs where ever you find yourself, so to individualise them it always come down to service. And I use this particular Gregs for normal drop in usage and buisness event catering. One thing that stands out is their ability to react to my poor planning or knee jerk asks. Beware of openings times here. They are supposed to open 6.30am to 6pm. Staff are very naughty and open way pasted 6.30am and close well short of 6pm. I'm surprised the area management haven't stepped in and done something about it, despite many emails to head office. Went to this Gregg's on 23rd April 2023. Website states open at 9am. They only open 10am to 2pm on Sunday because women employees have a problem obeying companies opening hours....

Popped in earlier today for a couple of coffees and there was a disabled lady in a mobility scooter in the queue in front of me. The customer service she recieved from a member of the team named Andrew was exceptional. He had a friendly smile the whole time, took her food to her table while adjusting the furniture for her and generally just gave off a welcoming vibe.
