Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Bristol

Picked up 4 cups before i found a clean one, waitted 20 mins for my breakfast then when it came it was like they just got it out the fridge, the bacon more so than the rest but all was cold, even when they did me a fresh breakfast non of it was piping hot still, i had a coffee with it which you get urself, so while i was waiting for my first break a coffee, then when i had to wait another 20mins for them to bring me my fresh breakfast i went and got another coffee but even that wasn't right as it only dispensed half a cup so when i put it back under to get the other half of my coffee i had to pull the cup out of the way as this time it decided to do a full cup again. From the time i went into the cafe i overheard 4 different people complaining about the food or the coffee machine. So no not a great...

Visited today to have some lunch, thought we would stop after doing some shopping. We,along with all the other people who had ordered food, had a wait of well over 35 minutes with no explanation or warning at the till. All the trays were dirty, few clean cups, a lot of the sauces and milk bins were empty. Cutlery was dirty. Staff were friendly and the tables were clean, but other than that,I was disappointed. Good was nice...

Popped in for something to eat around 12, ok little busy but not huge amount but told 1hour wait for food. Came back after shopping told 20 minutes, 45mins later food arrives "Luke warm". Breakfast with no mushrooms (replaced with cherry tomatoes), rasher of bacon was about 2inches by 1inch. Complained to a member of staf shrugged thier shoulders.
