Could Do Should Do Better...........Like A Schools Report The Retail Park Does Well At Some Things But Could Definitely Do Better........Parking Is I'd Say Plentiful However It Can Be A Little Bit Of Nightmare Getting Out.....Should Off Kept The Bridge Exit Anyways Perhaps I'm Being Unfair....... The Walls Are Regularly Damaged On The Poundland Exterior Wall Suggesting That There Is Obviously A Problem With Antisocial Behaviour.....The Costs Of Continued Replacement Panels Must Be Lower Than CCTV And Good Old Fine.....Hell Name And Shame Them.......Poundland Is Actually Quite Small But The Problem I Feel Is It Seems Dull Shabby Cheap And A Little Dirty I'd Suggest Improved Lighting And A Bit If Store Pride From The Manager........... Asda Well It Is What It Is......The Baby Sister Of The Kingstown Superstore..... I Find It Actually Rather Frustrating Lack Of Staff Product Knowledge And Some Staff Are Just Rude HOWEVER Most Are Pleasent To Talk To And Are Helpful The Customers Are Toiled With Because Its Jekyll And Hyde Sometimes....... Security Well I Don't Actually Think Asda Understands Loss Prevention Or The PACE Act Or The SCONE Procedure Before Considering A Stop And To Be Openly Discussing Something Or Someone Can Be Seen As A Breach Of Data Protection Although There Are 2 Security Guards Who Appear To Understand The Method The Process And The Reasoning......... Ciggerate Kiosk Is Also A 2nd Checkout Sometimes And Is Usually Understaffed And To Add More Delays Is Also The Click And Collection Point...... This Puts Unfair Pressure On The Single Member Off Staff......Asda Clean The Store Act Up.........B&M Good Bargains Good Selection Of Household Goods Health And Beauty Etc Etc Pet Food Selection Is A Little Poor But Hey........... Staff Are Sometimes Uninspiring Unwilling Untidy And Unsupportive Off Customers And Each Other However I Always Found The Till Points Friendly And Happy To Help Even Though They Are Often Frozen They Still Find A Warm Smile B&M Again The Store Is Dull Dirty Poorly Lite And Management Are Unfriendly......... Outside Its More Like A Turkish Bizarre..... Now The Garden Centre Well Bravo Its Clean Its Tidy And Staff Seem Happy........OK On To Iceland...... Clean Bright Well Maintained Entrance Good Products Availability Short Staffed But Exceptional Customers Services From Everyone All Round Management To Floor Outstanding Helpful Always Kind Always Wiling To Help If Its Not Seen Just Ask.......Delivery Process We All Know How It Works......Might Just Point Out I Consider Iceland To Have A Small But Outstanding Delivery Team......In Fact Well Done All Round Iceland Exceptionally Well Trained Staff With Great Personal Skills...... This lovely little café, called Muffin Break, is situated in the Lanes in Carlisle. When we come shopping in Carlisle we always pop in here for a hot drink, especially at this time of the year, plus of course something yummy to eat! I can highly recommend the cranberry & white chocolate muffins, or if u are into savory food, the ham & cheese/tomato croissant warmed through is lovely too. U can sit outside if u would rather, but there is usually plenty of empty seats inside, they also have loos at the back of the café. The girls who work there are always lovely, and if u are disabled and use a stick like I do, then someone will carry your tray to your table. They have a wonderful array of sweet & savoury dishes, and plenty of hot or cold drinks, whatever u fancy. A lovely place to have a break from shopping, especially now we are shopping for...

I have shopped here at mainly B&M - great staff and store kept well, good pricing and selection of household, food, gardening, toys ect. Asda is a small store and ok for most things, and Iceland for mainly frozen, but have a good selection of other products too in fresh counters, grocery. Poundland is good and kept tidy and clean, not too busy like some either. There is a gym that a few of my friends go and enjoy the classes too. And an oak furniture store. Halfords at the end I think classed as part of it, which again is good and staff always helpful, get my window wipers and light bulbs changed for small price and quicker than me doing 😉😁 Free...
