Customer service is absolutely shocking. We’re a regular customer and they got our order wrong missing 1 meat dish, when we phoned up to get it sorted they said it was never written down and insinuated it was our fault for not reading it out even though it’s one we order every time and the rice was received but not the meat!! To get the dish we’d need to pay for it plus a delivery fee!! Explained I wasn’t happy with that but the women on the phone could not of cared less. Instead of a great 5 star review on how they managed to sort this for us and keeping a regular customer it’s a 1 star review on how bad their service is and a lost customer forever. I'm staying locally, looking for places to eat and take-aways. Having read reviews I was surprised seeing descriptions such as "bland" and "flavourless". I ordered Hot & Sour soup, a particular favourite of mine, and Pork with Mushrooms and fried rice. The soup was absolute perfection. Possibly the best I've tasted.
