Absolutely appalling customer service, staff are rude do not collect parcels from here they have no idea what they are doing and refused to see if my parcel was in the back and argued with me for 15 mins instead of having a look. They were so rude and I ended up looking through the store cupboard and saw my package sitting right there. I grabbed my package and showed them my name. They then said I was stealing and the man chased me out of the shop and tried to get into my car banging on the window trying to open my locked door. I was so scared I decided to beep my car horn loudly and shouted help! To alert the attention pf the public and he did not stop. Dodgy and dishonest! I occasionally visit this shop to make simple purchases because it's convenient for me to do so. And every time I come here, I politely ask for a price on an item, hand over the required amount of cash, and receive the wrong amount of change in return. Whenever I ask for the price of a specific item, I'm given a completely different answer for the same item every time. And once more, they have chosen to cynically cheat me out of my money! This hasn't been the first time they've blatantly robbed me, but it's definitely going to be the last. Shady staff. Different prices on the products and different at the cashier. At the cashier you have a diffent amount to pay than what you normally count. And this not only happens to me, but few other people I spoke with as well. And the ATM next to it is likewise SCAMMY.
