First time ordering from Evans & I have to say, I'm very impressed. I ordered a decent quantity of discounted candles, tealights etc. I won't lie, originally, I was dubious about paying the £5 postage cost, but Evans were the only place selling the specific items that my mum & I were both after, so I went for it. (It helped that the items were very, very reasonably priced!) & what a delight it was to receive my parcel! I'm so glad I made the order, & to anybody who is also thinking what I did about the postage cost, it's honestly worth it. Not a single thing missing. Everything was individually bubble wrapped & carefully packed into a large box, filled with packing peanuts. I have had some really awful experiences this past year, with companies carelessly sending fragile items that arrive damaged/broken, but this was like opening presents, it was so nice to unbox. I'm so, so grateful for the effort & care put in to my order & I would not hesitate to use them again! Please don't stop doing what you're doing 🙏 Thank you & happy...

I placed my order and delivery took only two days and I'm all the way up here in Scotland. The order was packaged extremely well. visited this place yesterday, and oh my god I certainly won't be returning! The shop was absaloutely freezing, how they expect their workers to work at those temperatures is beyond me. There is a law on how cold is too cold for workers to not have to work and I'm pretty sure they are breaking it!!!. The place is also dangerous to get around, there were pallets just dumped everywhere, clearly not a care in the world about customers getting injured if they should trip over them!. They wouldn't have a leg to stand on if a claim was to go against them. Terrible place AVOID...
