The owners have been polite every time i have been. But unfortunately, it's not like it used to be when it was the 5 oceans fish bar, but that is what can happen with new owners,

On the upside of things they did open a shop next door which made a local shop a bit closer to the residents near by BUT on the contrary to this they let the reputation of the chip shop fall along with the taste of the food witch then let the shop fall behind as it had to take the slack up for both business. other then reminiscing about the past it's not too bad but they could both do with a revamp tho and rethink...

Decent enough , get a good portion of chips aswell ** The above review was written a year or so ago , but I need to change it, this is a cracking chipper in my book , kids and I will always get happy cod over main stream franchises, the chips are always spot on, my boi loves the burgers , portion sizes are just right, after eating you never feel hungry again shortly after ,like you would after Mac's etc etc , keep up the great work everyone at...

Ordered from this place this evening, so looking forward to a good chippy as my partner and I are both ill and unable to cook at the moment. Ordered chips, sausages, a kebab with no salad. The order just came and the chips are store bought frozen fries in a box, the sausages were saveloys and the kebab was freezing cold and full of salad. Congratulations, you have completely ruined our evening....
