Don't even bother going to this Costa! The barista was so rude, im heavily pregnant and asked nicely if I could use the toilet, explaining i was pregnant (even though you can clearly see) she responded with an abrupt NO. After a while she let me use it, I got my order and sat outside whilst social distancing with my household for a minute to rest as its hard work being heavily pregnant.. Also just to make it clear, other people were sat down too. She came out and started shouting at people, saying they couldn't sit down, and looked over at our bubble saying and I told YOU you can't either. I told her she cant be speaking to people like this, and her response was 'well the way you asked to use the toilet was rude, if you have a problem speak to the manager!' This is dedicated feedback for the attention of the branch manager, as I have spent many hours in Costa's all over the country with no problems at all, however the mature lady that served me on Saturday afternoon 22.4.23 needs to realise that the customer pays her wages and it doesn't matter what she thinks about how a drink needs to be made, if someone asks for something, she passes on that to the Barista, as I think that's why I didn't get what I asked for....she just didn't bother!!
