Jurassic Cove Crazy Golf Warrington — Local services in Culcheth and Glazebury

Visited here with our three year old Grandson who adores Dinosaurs, crazy Golf? Not so much. Overall it was OK but nothing spectacular, only the Tyranasaurus Rex was animated, looks as though the Brachiosaurus once was too, but alas no more. The course of 18 holes was clean and surrounded by static dinosaur models and information plaques periodically placed explaining details of the creature in question. Randomly, there was also a moderate collection of static Pirates and a small Pirate ship in the centre of the course and some accompanying "ahhhh.. Jim lad" and "shiver me timbers" soundtrack sporadically heard. The course was empty when we played and after 45minutes of fun (and not a lot of Golf) our three year old was done and ready to go. Just under £20 for two Adults and a three year old is ever so slightly expensive IMHO, however the young Gentleman who served us was very polite and helpful and so the Service was first class. Situated inside Bents Garden Centre, their adjacent playground ensured ample entertainment for our Grandson, who spent a similar period of time here for free. Maybe a little more animatronics would improve my opinion, however, Dino Falls Adventure Golf, a similar attraction adjacent to the Chill Factor Ski Slope in Trafford, Manchester, was far superior and better value overall. Disorganised as there are way too many people playing the course at the same time. Spent over an hour playing just 9 holes most of which was standing waiting for previous parties to play their holes. Half the course empty due to bottlenecking. Still another 9 holes to play. Good course otherwise but won’t be coming back again due to...

Joined the queue to play at 11:10 there were 3 family's in front of us we where suppose to be playing at 11:20 so far we are still waiting 11:30 and we are next why is there only 1 person on the till with 2 other staff stacking toys not helping. This is a joke asked the staff to help sorry we arent trained to work the till....
