The Fish Dish — Local services in Doncaster

Used this chip shop for many years and just lately the prices have gone up and that's fine in the current climate. The disappointing thing is that with the price increase the quality has gone down massively. Today I paid what I can only describe as a fortune in return for a third of a portion of chips with a smattering of cheese, furthermore it was luck warm and greasy. To add insult to injury the lady who owns the establishment was even more rude to me and other customers than she had ever previously been. Normally my go to place for fish and chips, the lady fryer knows how to cook a mean chippy tea, however on today's visit she wasn't around, I ordered the fish special and took it back as the first fish had raw batter on the inside, so they changed it without an issue but then gave me another fish with an even worse case of raw batter.

Hope the lady fryer is back soon as won't be ordering again if she's not working.
