The Dress Boutique was tasked with what I thought was an impossible task of finding me a dress for a ball at my son's school. I probably haven't worn a dress in the last 10 years so was dreading the whole experience and was prepared to come away with nothing! Quite the opposite - it was an amazing experience and so much fun which I was not expecting at all! Nicola was absolutely brilliant - she worked out very quickly what was going to work for me and nothing was too much trouble. I could easily have bought five dresses when I wasn't expecting to even find one! I tried on so many different styles and colours and in the end I couldn't make a decision and I ended up buying two beautiful dresses which made me feel a million dollars! I honestly can't recommend Nicola highly enough - that weekend she worked miracles for me. Not only did she make the whole experience (all 1 1/2 hours of it!) an absolute joy but she also found me two perfect dresses and a beautiful matching bag for which I will be eternally grateful. Thanks so much Nicola - I had an absolute blast and you were utterly amazing!

This was a repeat visit for me as Nicola had also found my daughter the perfect prom dress and matching bag last year - another unforgettable wonderful experience! Nicola can also help recommend a local seamstress, hair and make up consultants - all of which we used and were also brilliant.

WOW! I just can’t say enough about my daughters experience with Nicola regarding her prom dress! We were let down by another dress shop that very morning, only 2 weeks before the big night. Feeling distraught, angry and upset that someone had nearly sold me a £300 dress that was actually brought and paid for back in March by another mum, left my daughter without one that she had set her heart on. I phoned Nicola and asked for any available appointments that day, the only day both myself and my daughter were free - and she fitted us in! We turned up for our appointment to find a classy, clean, fresh and most importantly, air conditioned boutique! Plenty of dresses to chose from and Nicola did all the work while she sat me down with a cuppa and helped my daughter to change into the dresses. We came away with her dream dress, beautiful and suited her way better than the ‘other one’ I want to thank Nicola for giving my daughter the prom experience she deserved from the start and the way she looked after us was amazing, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I recently visited the dress boutique with my daughter to find her a prom dress. We were immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the store. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, and they really took the time to understand what my daughter was looking for.

We were particularly impressed with one member of staff called Debbie. Debbie was so knowledgeable about the dresses and she had a real eye for detail. She helped my daughter try on several different dresses and she always gave her honest feedback. She also made sure that my daughter felt confident and beautiful in each dress she tried on.

In the end, my daughter found the perfect dress for her prom. She was absolutely over the moon with it, and I have to say that she looked absolutely stunning in it.

I would highly recommend this dress boutique to anyone looking for a special occasion dress. The staff are amazing, the dresses are beautiful, and the service is second to none.
