Great little woods to walk around, A good shelter from the wind. Will plan to do some coastal walks from here. It was very step in the woods to walk around which may be useful to know But everywhere is hilly!!

It's a lovely place to vist which isn't far away from the hotel we stayed in babbcombe hotel we walked along st mary road through the small town up to the church and devon helicopter charity shop and followed the road round to the park it took us half hour which we did stop in the town for a bite to eat the wood carving in the wood were amazing there is also a bus route as well fantastic...

Lovely walk. Could be a bit steep in places for older citizens. Parking is in the streets around the woods. Amazing views of the surrounding area. Many walks in the area. One is 35 miles long. Carvings are amazing and because of the weather won't be there much longer, please go and see...
