Lovely walks, breathtaking view from the top, and by that I mean when you get to the top you'll be trying to catch your breath! 😂 Lovely to see the dexter cows up there grazing and generally quite a nice place to visit for a stroll on a nice day with the dogs. Also plenty of geocaches to find I'm told. Only thing that would help would be more dog poo bins as there aren't any on the routes that I've taken and people leave bags everywhere. Especially when the cows are up there and need to be checked every day having one or two emptied once a week on the drive up surely...
Read moreOne of Gloucestershire best kept secret. Lovely walks ranging from easy to hard... I've been going up there for years and keep finding new routes. When you get up to the top of the hill amazing views. Toilets and lots of free parking. Barbeque areas, lots of picnic areas. There is a shop, but sadly I've not seen it open much this year.
Seen foxes and plenty of wildlife. Look out for the mountain goats! A great little "get out of the city" break.
