Two soft play zones by age. Smaller is for 4 and under and regular taboo announcements will be made to remind parents of restrictions as some let their 7/8 year old run in and takeover the ball pit.

The larger area includes trampolines and the ‘death’ slide. Waivers will need to be signed for the slide and age limits apply. The trampoline, slide and rock wall are manned by staff. Additional seating and games upstairs but limited.

No one can gain access or leave without a member of staff pressing the unlock buttons (or climbing over). Toilets on site split male and female.

Weekends can be very busy due to multiple parties occurring. Therefore parking will be chaotic and inside very busy.

Food is reasonable but the drinks are slightly overpriced especially soft drinks

Top tip: Wednesday or Thursday late afternoon 5-7pm ideal...

Absolute joke of a place, booked for 2 children online and when we arrived, all of the tables were reserved for "parties" so therefore we couldn't find an appropriate table to watch the 2 children under 5 whilst playing. I work in a restaurant with an adjoining play area, so if you know your facilities cannot accommodate for the masses, that have also booked, why allow people to book online or why not contact them about their booking or make sure there is a table reserved for them? The place is an absolute joke and the staff are incompetent and miserable, the staff member signed us in and seen us leave less than 5 minutes after but thanked us for coming??? This place is past its best and the staff all need better training evidently. Waste of fuel money and a waste of £15 from booking...

Best soft play I've been to! My 17 month old loved it. There's a designated area for under 5s only and it's great. It's much bigger than usual toddler area's, with slides, soft play, ball pit and toys. Large area too so plenty room for them to run about. The bigger area for older children is brilliant. Again there's slides, ball pit and all sorts. The younger ones can go in too as long as supervised. Place is lovely and warm. Cafe is great and the food is lovely. Reasonable priced with big portions. Clean and tidy too. When people leave a table, not only do the staff clean it but they actually hoover underneath too so your not sat in a load of crumbs and leftover food! Highly recommend and we will...
