B&M Home Store with Garden Centre — Local services in Great Britain

I have never experienced service as bad as what has been received today. My son bought an elite wrestling finger that was priced £9.99 on the shelves. Once we had paid it was £17.99. When I question this the staff told me it was a new one and that the price I paid was correct. Even though there was not price that was even close to the price we paid and had a sign clearly mark wwe elite wrestlers was £9.99. After some messing around the supervisor called the store manager and they agreed to charge us the price shown(£9.99). While at the till get the refunded amount, I asked the supervisor if the refund would go on immediately, they told me it would. After getting home and still having no refund. I called the store and the poor service I didn't think could be topped, was. The person that answered the phone told me it would take a few days to go back into my bank. I was clearly unhappy that I had been lied to twice today by b&m, and her response was "oh well". I told her that she wasn't even bothered and her responses was "nothing I can do about it, it's going to take a few days". I then asked her name and she put the phone down on me. This is by far the worse experiance I have ever had from a store and any member of staff. I will not be returning to this store, their rude staff and misrepresentating price are...

This store has changed so much. If you shop there I would just put your head down and go to the section you need. The store is somewhat empty and the staff that are there have no sense or urgency, but I suppose if your stores a mess and such like you'd have no mojo too.

Walking round there was metal work strewn on the floor and prong ends empty. An accident waiting to happen. Food and drink hidden on aisles.it was as if it hadn't been closed down properly the night before.mid way through Saturday afternoon I'd get it but not 930 in the morning.

Maybe invest more in the people and you'd get more back.

Still some bargains if you look. Hopefully will get back to the way it was...

Went to this store last night as my autistic daughter wanted to get a toy, so went around the toy section to see what she wanted. We saw a mini moods stitch and thought £18.99 was ok only to find at the till that the toy was actually £49. This was a shock as B&M is supposed to be a discount store. We also found the till worker was not willing to help, she didn't want to go check the price so my partner had to go find it himself, she only called for another staff member to open another till as if there was a huge queue growing behind us, she wasn't even that friendly and told my daughter in a not-so-friendly manner that she needed to take her purchase as she was...
