Charter 1227 Catering — Local services in Great Britain

We had sat outside this place many a time in the market square and seen the sign but never gone in. When looking for a place to go for a nice meal we decided to give it a go. Well the service was excellent the waitresses were attentive without being 'in your face'. The food was fantastic, cooked perfectly and presented as you might expect in a multi stared restaurant. To top it off, the Chef and owner 'Danny' had been sat with a party celebrating a birthday but when he saw us leaving he left that party and came over to check all was OK and we were happy, he could have ignored us or waved from a distance but that level of customer service will ensure our repeat visit. Danny and Simon and their team were absolutely brilliant for our wedding in April. At the first meeting, it was clear that they wanted to provide exactly what we wanted for our day and didn’t try to persuade us otherwise. They were the only catering company we found who listened to what we wanted and made it happen! The run up to the day was seamless and they were happy to be flexible, making some last minute changes when we swapped some guests two days before due to covid. The afternoon tea you provided was spot on and all our guests loved it, and our evening BBQ was superb (although I couldn’t eat as much as I’d have liked in my dress) If I could give you more stars I would.
