Ordered tonight for the first time, placed order at 6.30pm not received by 7.45pm so called the shop to find out what's happening, they advised that they are waiting on the driving coming back to the shop and my order will be another 20 mins..... after another 25 mins called the shop to day we still have not received our order the manager says he will call the driver and that he should be here within 5mins and that he will call back. Driver never showed and 15mins later the shop called back to say the driver will be another 5mins. So by 8.45 we had still bot received our order 2hour 10mins late!!!!! and still no show. Advised shop cancel our order that that timing is unacceptable, we were not advised of any time delay etc and also not apologetic. This completely ruined our family evening and regret even trying this place out. Next Time we will just stick to the places we know will turn up when you order....

We wanted to try this place because of all the good reviews and thought it would be good to try while we had family visiting but unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Made to wait over 2 hours and not once were we offered an apology for the delay and in the end the food never turned up.

We ended up going to another place that we wanted to try which was on the opposite side of the city. Within 45 mins we travelled there, got our order, ate our food and travelled back home.

Absolutely no excuse to leave a customer hanging for over 2 hours. No way to treat a customer who was willing to pay just under £40...

I visited this halal restaurant recently and ordered the chicken biryani. While it was delicious, it didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor or what I was hoping for. That said, the staff was kind and accommodating—they offered some extra naan, curry, and pakoras while I waited, which I really appreciated.
