Happy House — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered last week and waited over an hour then contacted them and told could be another hour. Food would be rotten by then. Ordered tonight told 30 minute delivery. Waited and arrived after 45 minutes cold and chips ruined by condensation. Told would send again which means an even longer wait. I have used this place 20 years and cant believe how bad the service us. Driver told me I waited 23 minutes according to just eat. Just a shame I dont use that app and order direct so lies around. Place has become a joke. Should be a full refund or free meal but no chance with this mob....

Happy House always deliver really delicious food. Beef curry is amazing. Ribs have a decent amount of meat on them. Chow mein is tasty. My only gripe is that sometimes when i ask for no onions my food comes with onions in it.
