I hadn't realised it was this place we used last time...

The people who run it are polite ..the lady who served me the reorder collection was very polite her children were playing in the snow which was nice to see being a parent myself.

We were given the wrong order . We found out onky at home onve starting to serve it onto plates . They done us a fresh order and delivered it which was nice given it wasn't our fault and needing to wait for our food further . The food my partner bagged up to return as they said to give it to the driver, I do hope they binned it . Or eat themselves ..no extras to say sorry or keep the food etc. So may just use our old Chinese next time . It's a shame. As the food was tasty except the chips were a bit hard.. granted the boss/owner apologised..

Hopefully will get better in the future ..its always good to keep.your regulator ...

Food tastes good, not a lot of it for the price which is disappointing. My order has come wrong a few times, or something has been missing. When you ring back up and try to explain, they aren't very interested in helping you come to a solution. But it does depend on what staff are in as some of them are very helpful. The food does come quickly and hot which is good. Overpriced for what you receive as its mostly filled with sauce or rice with little meat/fillings as it saves money filling up containers with...

Literally cancelled our NYE meal last minute when we called (they didn’t think to ring and inform us) and then said they cancelled it half hour beforehand even though JustEat showed it was still en route. Booked it in advance also (over 2 and a half hours before) for quite a significant amount also. Terrible service and downright lies. Judging from the reviews we also dodged a bullet....
