Chicken Express — Restaurant in Great Britain

When I placed my order i later on received a phone call asking if they can give me chicken strips instead of the chicken peices that I ordered, I refused the offer as i don't like chicken strips I then agreed to settle for a few chicken wings and a chicken fillet if that wasn't enough to put me off my food then didn't come until 15/20 minutes past the time it was suppose to and it was absolutely vile the only thing good I can say about it is the garlic sauce and my can of 7 up. Never will I order from this place again ruined my night and a complete waste of...

What an absolute waste of money chicken Express is..vile disgusting the whole lot totally inedible...waited over an hour, chips were from like 5 days ago...chokingly chewy! ..the chicken was grey and dry, snotty very wet batter..the kebab looked like a peeled of a scab!, it was so thin and crispy! Couldn't even chew, You could see the light through it!! The buns disintergrated they were so soggy wet.. I'll eat most things believe me but hell not this!...All went in the bin I new I should had believed the reviews....absolutely disgusting...

Food was stone cold, kebab meat was freezing, chips were vile & so was the chicken nuggets.

Called up regarding this & asked for a refund, guy on the end of the phone started to raise his voice to me. I ended up calling Just eat & I couldn't ask for anything more, the guy at the end of the phone called Chicken Express twice & tried to get me a refund, second time calling they refused to speak to the Just Eat representative.

Absolutely disgusting food & customer service, I'll never order...
