Customer service was amazing. They called me up to let me know that there steak bakes would be a while cooking and the delivery driver understandably didn’t want to wait so asked me if I wanted to swap for a different option. Whoever I talked to was so lovely on the phone and well mannered. Just to top it off I was nicely surprised with 2 free donuts with a “sorry :) free cakes xx” message. I visit this Gregg's twice a week on my way from Swansea to check on my parents who live in ely - my dad ( who will be 94 in September) is one of the old school meat, gravy and two veg boys. He does like a steak bake. So I always stop here on my way . I have yet to wait less than 5 minutes - I regularly pass Gregg's in morriston and I rarely see more than one or two waiting.
