Domino's Pizza - Glasgow - Baillieston — Local services in Great Britain

Last night I ordered a custom pizza with 2 toppings: Tomato's and vegetarian peperoni, since I don't eat meat.

What came was a pizza that had those on top but bits of ham underneath.

When I called the restaurant, they asked me to bring the pizza back and they would make me a new one, and insisted that's all they could do. After speaking to their manager, they sent me a refund. So in the end, I wasted a good half hour to an hour of my time ordering and collecting this pizza, and they couldn't compensate me anything more than what I paid.

Absolutely horrible service. In the end, I got a refund for my order, but if you have dietary...

I am not happy with the service received tonight. I received the wrong pizza and then when I phoned I was asked to give the pizza back so it could be delivered correctly and I’d get my correct order. I am certain this goes against food safety and hygiene regulations as the pizza had already been in my home. Anyway, they brought the correct pizza quite quickly and, as it was stone cold, I can only assume it had been in some other person’s home whilst I was waiting. Therefore, I did not want to eat it. what an absolute shambles of a place two disgusting grease ridden pizzas delivered and we just binned them got 20 store credit for a over 20 order then this time two more delivered and we phoned to get them replaced and two even worse showed up in their place the woman over the phone can’t make a word of english out and is just rude had to go up to the shop to get a refund...
