Madras Cottage — Restaurant in Scotland

This is now the second time I've ordered food and it's been cold. After the first time I would not have gone back, but my wife loves the chuncky chicken pizza so thought, why not, let's try again. What a mistake that was! This time not only was it cold but it was wrong. A Mixed hoagie should be a chapati, mixture of meats, chips and melted cheese. Usually with sauce I got the chapati, chips and tikka chicken.....no cheese or sauce....and only a slight bit of heat. Was gonna phone to complain but as I'd waited over an hour...and a chase up ph one call to get it delivered, I didn't bother. Such a shame, used to always go there but now avoid it as much as my wife let's me. Poor poor food and service and...

Ordered £52 worth of food from here tonight,ALL of it absolutely awful ,some chicken we thought might be uncooked, onions in curry added as a last minute extra, so still raw .The worst part was that we actually had visitors tonight and we had been raving about this curry place for ages to them, how embarrassing and expensive for us .Absolutely no point in calling shop as we will just get fobbed off with some type of offer for next time ,but there definitely won't be a next time visit here .I just pray no one gets ill from what little of this awful...

Always good service. Even if something goes slightly amiss, when they're really busy it can happen, they are happy to deal with it, make amends and will send something out immediately. Always friendly and courteous and the madras curry is the best. It's so good, when I lived in London I would take an order back with me. Hands down the place I will travel to to get my favourite curry and my Husband is hooked on their lamb pasanda! I can also recommend the chicken bhoona and the chicken tikka korma. The value for money is...
