Knightswood Chinese Kitchen — Local services in Great Britain

Ordered food at 9.15 on just eat Was put back twice, first time 10.10 then 10.30 but at 10.45 it still didn't arrive and turned out the restaurant had closed. We got in contact with Just Eat who then called the manager whom insured us it will be here within 15 minutes. After another 20 minute wait we contacted again to find out the food wasn't coming at all so we had to wait nearly two hours for nothing.

Nothing but a five pound voucher for us waiting up way later than intended to then have to make dinner anyway.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received while using Just Eat and the restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

Never again will a purchase from me or my family and friends be made to this...

The place has had a wee make over with vibrant colours and creative artistry all done by the owner...I'm always greeted with a smile from the counter staff and a wave from the chefs which can be clearly seen through hatch and door to the kitchen...the smell of spices from their amazing salt and pepper dishes, wether it be a spice bag, munchie boxes or their Singapore noodles and rices, to the tang of a kung po or peking sauce that always gets my mouth watering... or some of the less adventurous dishes like a Chow Mein or one of my favourites lemon,orange or manderin chickens and a boiled rice...It can get busy if its a delivery you are going for, best to order for when you think you mite be...

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and the shop itself was spotless and really modern — a great first impression. But the real star of the show was the food… absolutely outstanding!
