order took 1 hr 45 mins for 2 mac n cheese and 2 milkshakes, called & the woman didn't even apologise, said they have 30 orders with 1 driver - stop accepting orders then that's not on me?? he finally arrived & it was the wrong food, called again & again no apology and blamed the driver. driver came back and took the wrong order off me (not supposed to do this when it's been opened) then said the workers mixed up the orders, he then came back again with the food and it's rotten, feel sorry for the driver. food was inedible and Cold. Will never go here again and warn...

Worst experience ever, cancelled my order via justeat 15 minutes after it was made. As I did not check the reviews and decided to go elsewhere. However they turned up at my door after the order was cancelled and we had to pay £15 for this disgusting food. The toastie wasn't a toastie it was as flat a potato scone and my cheese roll wasn't a cheese roll it was a roll of melted mush. The wrap had a funny smell and overall was disgusting. Tried to contact the restaurant to complain but not answer. Avoid absolutely diabolical. Food binned...

Guys.... Really, the gloves you wear are to stop cross contamination of foods and other items, such as coins and waste. Stop wearing one set of gloves which you touch uncooked food, then cooked meats and salad. Then you take payments such as card, or worse well handled coins and notes wearing the same gloves. You do not replace them and go straight into food again. Seriously, you have to review your food...
