Bad bad bad!
Delivery driver showed up half an hour late to the wrong property then told me I was wrong when I told him that.
When he did arrive I was expected to walk down the driveway and onto the street to collect from his car, and got berated for Google maps sending him to the wrong address. It's funny that he's the only person who's ever had a problem with it though. And the fact he was serious next to a giant sign with my building name on it undermined the argument somewhat.
To be fair to at least I could speak to him. The restaurant keep their phone off the hook and ignore questions through the apps.
The food arrived unsurprisingly cold, some because it was undercooked and some cooled as he told me off. The fried items free could have had a few minutes less cooking, but the chicken? Yeah leave that in a bit longer please...

Read moreI’ve been a regular customer and generally happy with the service, but my last delivery left me very disappointed. The driver tried called as couldn’t find address knocked on my door so aggressively it was startling and unnecessary — it came across more like a demand than a polite delivery.
On top of that, communication was difficult due to his lack of English. I don’t expect perfect fluency, but basic communication skills are essential in a customer-facing role. Instead, there was no respect, no courtesy, and no effort to make the interaction smooth.
The food was great, but service is about the whole experience, and this driver’s poor attitude, lack of respect, and inability to communicate properly turned what should have been a simple delivery into an unpleasant one.
