Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

I am a regular costume and I, up until now, had a problem tonight for some reason the order went thro as a collection something I never do. I rang after the order was longer than 30 mins and was told it was on its way. Nothing was mentioned that the order has been done for collection. Waited another 30 mins and then to be told it was for collection as it was same member of staff I asked why did u lie to me 30 mins ago after a discussion heated I must say, she said the manager was going to now deliver my pizza. You’d now thing that wud be the end of it but no 2 mins later I had a phone call from the same person telling me as I hadn’t picked up my order it had been cancelled but payment would be returned to my account with 7 days. As a customer who orders a few times a month some months once or twice a week if have parties good customer i’d say. Well I told them what they could do with their pizza if the expected me to pay for a pizza that was now 1 hour & 30 minutes late and let’s just say I will be now using perfect pizza or Dominoes as if the take so long to sort out a problem you get your pizza free or a free bottle of soft drink. And God help them if my money doesn’t get refunded they lost a very loyal customer today angry...

Ordered some pizzas for kids and number of extra dips. Over hour later cold pizza arrived with not a single dip. Rang to notify, was only told "sorry" and tried take me off the phone. I was demanding some solutions and person on the phone kept asking someone else what to tell me. Finally was promised missing dips in few minutes. Few minutes turned into almost an hour. 50 minutes later driver arrived with ice cold dips and still not complete quantiti. I rang again for solution to this. I had now cold rubber pizza, cold dips with some still being missing. Rang back and the same person didnt know how to resolve it and when pressure got to him he put phone down while I was still talking. I rang back and unpleasant conversations started. Person adviced me to reheat everything. Problem is I have no microwave or oven to do so. I was offered another pizza when my kids already gone sleep hungry. Received nothing from them to...

Ordered for delivery, for the first time - We thought these pizzas would come cold as it was freezing outside - however the pizzas came piping hot and came sooner than we expected! The taste was absoulutley mouth watering, delicious and definitely hit the spot. It was so addictive that we just couldnt stop after 1 slice, we just kept going and finished an XXL. To top off this off we even got 33% off the order and this simply beats everyone in the area. The difference between any other major Pizza place is that Papa John's uses FRESH ingredients and trust me you can tell. Ordered at 7:35pm and arrived by 8:05 and it was Saturday!!!! We're so happy with the food, highly recommend...
