Chicken & Pizza express — Restaurant in Great Britain

I'm a regular customer here at this place. Bilal, Mr Asif and Rajat are brilliant folks. Bilal always serves me the best when it comes to my orders. He always makes my orders right and the way I want them. Asif does too. He serves me friendly and brilliant.

But today I was disappointed. Because I caught Usman red handed. As I witnessed with my eyes. I ordered 2 strip cobs. When he was making chips. He put the old chips into the fryer that were like a days old. He didn't bother to make me fresh fried chips. And he gave me such less chips. He did not make them fresh for me. They were not fresh. They were days old.

Like everytime, I say Jazakallah to Usman. He doesn't say Barakallah. Like ages ago, When I came to purchase some potato wedges. I paid for them with 1.70. He didn't give me no change. He has no customer service skills. I hope this gets sorted and he learns a lesson. He should be fired from this job. The chips he gave me today. They were over crisped unfresh.

I much prefer Bilal serving me. Because he speaks nicely with me. And he does my chips fresh all the time. He makes my popcorn chicken portion just the way I like it. And his customer service skills are brilliant and friendly. He does my orders well in a flash. He's a lovely guy and friendly.

But Usman is always Moody Margaret. He should be replaced with someone else who knows...

Order usually every couple of weeks always 3 pizzas with the same toppings. Last two weeks running have had an extremely poor experience. Attached is the photo of the plastic piece I have found in my pizza (think it is a seal from some tin/packaging) this was last week. This week (today) one pizza is almost raw, another- the base and edges are so thick unable to eat and the third well it was meant to be a Donner, onion and jalapeno pizza. There was hardly any Donner just felt like I was eating a cheese and tomorrow pizza with jalapenos. Took it back to the shop after biting into the first slice to be advised they have Donner shreds on there (looked like slivers of onion) had just burnt on the pizza. Refused to make a new one and correct their mistake. No refund and instead have 4 wings that turned out to be smelly and uncooked. Never ordering from them again. Really poor...

Never again, bought pizza, wings and chips - all 3 pizzas were burnt and dough was so hard that I had trouble chewing it went that in the bin alongside the chicken tikka didn’t tasted like chicken tbh it was all burnt on the top Wings and chips were usual we buy from other take aways... so nothing new But deffo waste of money didn’t bother ringing and asking...
