We booked an exclusive hire party for my daughter’s birthday and the team were really helpful. With the possibility of numbers or even the date changing last minute due to Covid they offered a great deal of flexibility. We were able to pay for a few extra children on the day and we’re also told that if we couldn’t hold the party due to a positive result we could move the party to a new date. Thankfully we were able to go ahead on the day as planned and had a great time. The soft play itself is a good size for the age range we had (mainly 5 year olds) and there was plenty of space for the adults to sit and have a coffee. We loved having the place to ourselves. As we were an early morning party we were given the option of less hot food and more veg and fruit which we took. Along with pizza, chicken nuggets and chips we also had sandwiches, cucumber, strawberries and grapes. We held our daughters 3rd birthday party here. It was a real success. I was very impressed with the staff, whether dealing with them over the phone or in person. They were very helpful and pleasant. In particular, the young lady who assisted us on the day, Victoria, was great. The staff were very flexible too - we had some late additions to our numbers, but they just took it in their stride, with no problems.

The party room was a good size for our party (13 kids plus various adult hangers-on) and had a nice Disney wall mural. We liked the birthday throne which the birthday girl got to sit on when eating and all the kids enjoyed the party food. This was just as well, after tiring themselves out on the play things!

Second time myself and my children have visited here. We have found this soft play area cleaner than other soft plays (others commonly have inaccessible areas which are filthy with dust/crisp wrappers) the staff were particularly friendly, and interacted with the kids on arrival. Pre booking is recommended and the whole venue could be closed off for parties. Pricing is as you would expect for a soft play this size (3 storey, medium sized). There are 3 areas, the main area, a small toddler area (less impressive, felt empty with only 1 slide) and a baby area which was extremely well padded out.
