Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Scotland

This was my second visit to Hortons and wasn't impressed , there was 5 people in front of us and we waited over 20 minutes to get served . We sat at the cleanest table we could find , it looked like the tables hadn't been cleaned for a while . There was 3 members of staff and they all had one speed , while waiting to be served another 2 customers came up to the counter one because her order was wrong and the other because they hadn't gave him any cutlery , it took the staff member 2 attempts to help theses people and he still got one wrong . They do ask you to use the .gov app and you have to show them you have filled it in , but I couldn't see any sanitizer for customers so I'm glad I carry my own , there is toilets but I never used them . Parking depends on the day and weather as it based in a retail park and it can be difficult to get spaces especially...

Paid £19.41 for 2 breakfast wrap meals and children's burgers. Took a long time, food was cold and staff seemed disorganised and harassed. People next to us had the same issue with their food, took it back and waited 30 minutes for fresh food. Looks like a lovely place, but sadly the quality of the food and service does not match. Asked to clear our own tables which is absolutely fine, but there was no antibacterial wash anywhere... Sadly over priced for what you receive and won't be returning. Walked out after waiting 15 minutes to be served. I asked twice if I could be served and both times was told their screens were full and they would get to me. Due to my poor eyesight I was unable to order on the screen as one of the staff suggested I should do. What really annoyed me was the fact I had left my disabled mother sitting alone for this length of time. Spoke to a few ppl who also told me of the long waits they had.
