Christos as a private chef tailors the experience from the date of booking his services, such as asking the type of experience wanted, favourite food types etc. before providing us sample menus for further customisation as we required. The next steps were hassle free, leaving Christos to master plan the detail of each delicately prepared dish. On arrival in our kitchen and a quick overview of our kitchen facilities he sets to work to ensure delivery to time. For us, canapés and every course was presented with fine delivery, explaining the source of the produce, the cooking style and the complimentary flavours drawn together for the pleasure of my dining party. Every course was well planned, well executed, beautifully presented and tasted outstanding. I could not recommend Christos enough!

I was nervous being the person organising the dinner party for a 30th birthday party and I was worried to ring up and ask a professional chef for 3 courses to include burger and chips. I was worried he was going to say he wouldn’t make something like that. But I am so glad I choose him the food was amazing, the gourmet burgers were delicious and all of my family struggled to decide which was their favourite course when asked!

He was a pleasure to be around on the evening, explained everything he put on the table and left the house like he had never been there. We all couldn’t stop talking about our wonderful night the day after.

Christos catered for our small wedding and the food he cooked for us and our guests was an incredible experience. The attention to detail was amazing - he took all of our suggestions and requirements on board and crafted an amazing 3 course menu for us with all locally sourced ingredients. Before each course Christos came to the table and presented each dish, giving us a full run down of the ingredients used, how they were cooked and why they were chosen, which thoroughly impressed us and our guests.
