SPAR Mount Crescent — Local services in Great Britain

I’ve been going to this shop for about 8 months now, one of first times ever going into this shop I just came back from Asda and had Asda shopping bags with me, went into spar got my items and went to the till and the lady behind the till said to me “have you put anything in them bags?” I said excuse me? No of course not you can have a look if you want, she looked down and carried scanning my stuff, didn’t apologise or nothing.. at least if you’re going to accuse me of stealing make sure I didn’t actually steal or did you just make that horrible comment? Very bad experience. Since then I’ve gone into spar and within a couple minutes a more than likely always a lady worker comes out and “pretends to pack shelves” but it’s so obvious the workers think I’m stealing. I’ve never stolen from there so and do not steal. It’s so demeaning and frustrating, I avoid going to this shop if I can because I feel uncomfortable...

Not exaggerating when I say I get overcharged EVERYTIME I shop here....whenever I highlight this issue I get treated like I'm trying to pull a fast one!

Most of the time it's due to a product not being sale price no more (although theres usually a big sign by the item says differently)

Shop next door seems to be rubbing off on this one by the looks of it.....robbers row they should name it!!

Would be one star except for the ONE staff member who is exception to all this and is one of the nicest people you could...

Really slow service and miserable staff. Price tickets always wrong, they never change them after a promotion, can be wrong for weeks even after pointing...
