Absolutely awful service, extremely shocking and disgusted customer service, I started ordering from the lime restaurant recently and on my first order I had ordered a meal deal for 2 which contains 2 starters, 2 sides and 2 Curry's I ordered 2 rice 2 Curry's and the Chicken starters along with some spicy chips. When the order arrived I was missing 1 rice which was not a good start to a first time customer however, I just left it be as it was only 1 rice. The second time I ordered because I really enjoyed the food I made a request online to tell them to triple check the order because the rice was missed from the last time I ordered. I made a request for between 22:00 - 22:25 because I wanted to settle our newborn down before food and to give us time to come home as well. As I returned back home @ 21:00 the food just turned up, I explained I ordered it for a hour later than now the lady's attitude was I'm very sorry My father must have not read the time it was meant to be cooked for. When I accepted the food the rice was missing AGAIN!!! After being told in the notes for the kitchen, I phoned the restaurant for the first time to complain about the missing rice again. I was told by the owner that he packed it and was in there and to check the bag, so I checked the bag again and I told him there was no rice there just the 1 out of the 2. He then called me a liar and that he packed it and he was very rude. This conversation got extremely heated after he called me a liar and a lot of extremely rude customer service and would not take blame and asked me 10 times at least to check the bag as well as complaining on how early the food arrived when I pre booked a time for it.

The refused to send out another rice and said after me yelling back at them for verbal abuse received by the owner and his daughter to which I do not take back what I said as I don't take kindly to people having a go at me.

They decided to ban me and refused the refund and the send rice I was owed

Disgusting service absolutely speechless would NOT Recommend save your money and go somewhere else in all my time of ordering takeaways I have never seen a display like that especially over something so cheap and pointless over...

Well where do I start. This is my 3rd takeaway from here. 1st time ordered chicken jalfrezi to my disappointment there wasn't any chillies in there. I thought ok it's a simple mistake they made. I did mention this to them on my 2nd order ,And thay did apologise said it want happen again and with my 2nd meal from there was no problems with my meal. I've had another meal again chicken jalfrezi and this time no chillies again, and anyone knows this dish is cooked with fresh green chillies. And watch out for the delivery driver he makes out he dont have change on him tried doing me out of 4 half quid. My wife said I'm sorry we dont have change he said there nothing I can do then.. so we decided return the food only then he said ohh sorry i do have change. I complained to the lady on the phone and she was rather finding it funny no apologise nothing. I said I want ordering again and will give you a bad review. Do not order there! We order online tika masala and makhani. First to all : two dishes was the same taste just masala was more red as had a more food colour. We order cheese nan with extra option ( red onion on it) and there was option to tick untesils( knive, fork) we get only cheese nan and no untesils so I call them and the lady who I was talk was very rude!!! She told me that they doing cheese naan and onion naan but they can’t make it cheese and onion nan (I was working in Indian restaurant so that is not a problem at all)and we get no untesils so I ask her and she said they not provide it ( but option online was to tick it) so I ask her if I have to eat with my fingers as I had no option and she said that not her problem and she don’t care if I will put that comment online 🤯🤯😤😤 there was a salad in the bags like for pigs and there was no papadams at all.
