Few items in the 16" munchy box Chicken wings, chicken/veggie/mushroom pakoras were deep fried more than expected. They turned dry and hard to chew. Disgusting onion rings. Unchewable mushroom pakoras

Got very disappointed with the munchy box. The 16" option had 3 pieces of chicken wings, 5 pieces of chicken pakora, 5 pieces of veggie pakora, 4 pieces of mushroom pakora, 5 pieces of supposedly onion pakora, chips and a massive naan bread. The chips, naan and sauces were good. The rest things i've described felt like they had been fried multiple times to the point of being dry and very hard to chew. The most disgusting were the mushroom and onion rings. They felt like cardboard. Definitely wasted my money on this order. Also when i placed the order i've requested politely to replace the mushroom and onion pakoras with more veggie and chicken pakoras but it got ignored.

We had high expectations for Magic Spice Takeaway, but my experience was quite disappointing. We ordered two pizzas: one Spicy Chicken and one Chicken Pizza.

The Chicken Pizza was bland and lacked seasoning. As for the Spicy Chicken Pizza, it was incredibly salty—so much so that it was inedible and a complete turn-off.

The service was also lacking. The guy serving us had a noticeable attitude. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I know what customers expect, and this fell short. There were no printed menus available; instead, we were told to look up the menu on their website. When we asked for recommendations, the staff was unhelpful and simply stated that all their pizzas were good, with the Spicy Chicken being the most popular. Given how overly salty it was, this recommendation was far from satisfactory.

Terrible customer service experience! I ordered and paid for a full house pizza with extra toppings and stuffed crust and received a ham and pineapple pizza,I tried calling them multiple times to let them know right away, several times the phone line was engaged and other times nobody answered the phone, finally managed to get hold of them a day later and the manager was very very rude on the phone, said I should have called last night and when I said that I had he said that it wasn't true. He couldn't do anything about it and he never even apologized for THEIR mix up. I would never ever order from here again and i will be telling others about...
