The Trio Fish and Chip shop — Local services in Great Britain

Have not long moved to the area and have used the shop a few times but tonight's food was nothing short of disgusting and the attitude of the woman frying is abysmal.

Smoke sausage freshly cooked was cold, fritter harder than stone, chips obviously mixed between fresh and 3 days old. Batter on everything was not as normal, everything taste off old oil and looked old.

Ordered a cake aswell £4.50 which I don't mind but the cake was stale. Shame as looked decent.

Lastly, the woman frying was not interested, the young girls on the till were very pleasant but when they asked for an item to be made rather than just cooking it you could tell she was not pleased as she wanted to just do nothing. If you can't be bothered with customers and orders then your in the wrong job.

In reply to your reply- I made no negative comments in the shop? So where that is coming from I do not know. As I stated the girls serving were so pleasant and I had no issues whilst in the shop so you are just making thing up to try and not make your shop look bad. The food was disgusting and you wont need to serve customers like me again as I will certainly not be back. Also your cake was fresh and taken out this morning? Yeah that makes sense - So there frozen, so clearly not fresh. Also shows a lot in your attitude to customers when they make comments. Wouldnt surprise me if it this was the woman that growled at your own staff when they asked you to make a pizza is the one that is replying to me just now. Customer service costs nothing and business is hard but dont take your failing out on a customer, Do better and appreciate that people want to spend money...

Few months ago ordered two portions of large chips and waited nearly one and half hours. The boxes were large but only half full. Last week waited an hour and a half for our family meal and they forgot my steak pie supper so I waited another extra 40 minutes for mine. At least the driver had the manners to apologise. Tonight received a message saying order was dispatched then another message saying it was delivered twenty five minutes later but I did not have it. It was in the drivers car freezing so had to cancle. The lady on the phone who took the complaint seemed rather condescending and inconsiderate towards my wife. I would also like to note that no apology except from the delivery driver or any type of compensation was offered on any of these occasions. Ordered for the first time. Waited over 1 hour and a half for it too arrive for the chips to be freezing cheese on the Angus burger which I didn't ask for and the chips missing from my burger meal and also the onion was missing that I paid £1 extra for. I called to tell them the order was wrong the woman on the other side of the phone was trying to debate with me over the Angus burger coming with cheese when on the scoffable website it mentions nothing about cheese.

it is called Aberdeen Angus burger so if there is cheese on it then menu should state this there is an option to add cheese which is £1 extra so not sure why the woman I spoke to kept repeating to me that all burgers come with cheese well update the menu accordingly.
