How many times has this place used the excuse "their was a car crash". That's the excuse we received for our 12inch pizza taking 2.5 hours to be delivered for a 10 minute journey. Told to keep phoning back with an update and after the final time phoning we were given the "one of the drivers was in a car accident, car written off, nearly died" delivery driver says "think the driver was trying to overtake a granny" honestly, I laughed cause it sounded ridiculous. Maybe the big "C" word might be the excuse next time for anyone else choosing to order anything. Sorry the driver got c.ncer and nearly died within the 5 minute journey. "Hope you understand"

Pizza was really nice though. 3 out of 5 for the pizza

Other reviews makes me doubt the story of a car accident seems like a two hour...

Placed an order through just eat didn't receive rice with the curry although it Was ordered phone to complain girl was extremely rude ended up hanging up on her as she didnt want to listen then when bring the rest of the order out the bag it was cold called again I will assume the person I spoke to was either a manager or owner his customer service was worse than the girl before hand there was no offer to amend my issues and there was a lot of cash spent. This place was recommended to me however if I'm honest I would advise people not to use it as you wait to long for your order and then it's cold when it arrives not to mention they wouldn't know good customer service if it bit them...

me and friends had order a simple order 3 cookie doughs and 4 slush puppy's. After waiting 2 hours and a half they finally showed up with the wrong order they have us 2 Cookie doughs 3 slushes and a box of Indian food. We stated to the man this was the wrong order and we had already paid he sad he will go back and get us a full new order. We listened and waited another hour for the man to show up. He did, with only 2 other cookie dough and no slushie. obviously we were very angry and called again where he said the parlour is very busy and it's " not their fault ". Absaloutly outaigous and never ordering...
