Sweets N Treats Cumbernauld — Restaurant in Great Britain

I ordered a £25 order tonight for myself and my three young children who have been desperately in need of a treat after having to isolate all week due to covid and watching their mother really not well. My young children had been waiting all night to order ice cream in after dinner time which never arrived. We waited over and hour before I called sweets n treats to ask if my order was close to being delivered to be told it had been delivered and must have been delivered to the wrong address. I was told to contact just eat for a refund, when I asked if this could just be re delivered I was told no as it’s just eats problem. Sweets n Treats were not interested at all in rectifying this for me and sorting this with just eat themselves. I did however manage to get a refund sorted with just eat but sweets n treats were absolutely useless when it came to trying to resolve my problem or providing good customer service. I now have three very upset little children, won’t be ordering from here again I would have had so much more respect for this company if they just re delivered and confronted just eat about this themselves but this company’s more interested in making sure they don’t loose out than customer satisfaction and...

Ive ordered from here a few times and nothings been wrong apart from the usual 1hr plus Delivery Time even though im not anymore than 10 mins away. Last Week i ordered 2 Nutella and Stawberry Waffles aswell as 2 Donuts since there was the 4 of us. Unsurprisingly it took more than an Hour to get to me and when i pay the delivery driver i go back inside to open the Bag in which they forgot the Donuts and aswell as that the waffles didnt even have the Strawberrys on them. We phoned right away and The Service was horrible. Clearly someone who Isnt from this Country picked up and when we complained about it he Just straight up refused theyve forgot and Wouldnt even look back to see if he was Right. We Kept asking for him to check the order again but he ended up just hanging up. So we end the night with Money down and 2 Wrong orders and 2 that didnt Come and theyve ended it with 1 Star review and No more orders from us👍...

This is the worst business I have come across,I placed an order and was told by the nice woman taking my call that it would be a 30min delivery time.then I had asked how much was delivery charge so when the woman went to go ask her manager how much it is she said tell them it’s a hour and a half delivery time then a male said to say that it would be 2 and half hours I could hear all of this because the phone wasn’t muted,so despite all this I said okay only to recieve a phone call 30 min later to say to me that we stopped delivery there.and that’s okay but I’m angry on how they tried to get rid of customers by giving them lengthy time for there deserts.
