Don’t go here to rent a bike! I Called a million times and no answer to check on electric bike rental advertised on the website. Came into the shop at 11am and Tom is leaving at noon and has only one working bike, “you should have called,” he said. Bike needs to be charged anyway and the other one is broken. I’ve been to Tom at Twisted Cogs several times for bike repairs. He’s always done great work, very promptly and reasonably priced. Recently Tom serviced my road bike and it’s amazing what he’s done to my bike!! I cycled it home tonight and my bike has never felt so smooth!!! Don’t think the head socket has ever been right, it’s always clicked and creaked. And now there is silence….🥰

Amazing little shop.

Always take my bike to Tom if i need anything doing his work is always meticulous, and he is always willing to do that little bit extra to get the job done.

I find Tom is always availible quite readily (no x number of weeks waiting list) and he always gets the job done alot quicker than i expect, and for very reasonable prices.
